O25 Syrup is a combination antibiotic used to treat a variety of bacterial infections and gastrointestinal issues. It contains Ofloxacin (a fluoroquinolone antibiotic) that helps treat infections by killing bacteria, Metronidazole (an antibiotic and antiprotozoal) that works against both bacterial and protozoal infections, and Simethicone, which helps relieve gas and bloating.
